How to cook
Soak the grits in water to swell. Set the snails, that were cleaned and boiled beforehand, to braise and add the chopped onion and garlic.
Mix in the paprika, after the other products soften and top the water with vinegar. Allow to boil until softened and most of the water has evaporated and add the drained grits.
When the grits lose moisture and soften completely, season with spices and chopped parsley.
For a savory flavor, you can add some chopped olives to the dish.
