  • biscuits - 3 packs (5.5 oz (150 g) each) for tea
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • powdered sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • jam - 1 jar, rosehip
  • walnuts - ground for rolling the roll in


Stick the biscuits together with the rosehip jam. Mix the powdered sugar with the butter, which you've left outside the refrigerator to soften beforehand and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Smear the roll on all sides and roll in the crushed walnuts or whatever you have prepared for rolling. Allow to sit in the refrigerator 3-4 hours and carefully cut it obliquely with a sharp knife – it is absolutely necessary to cut it slantwise.

The products make 2 rolls with a length of about 12″ (30 cm). You can optionally roll them in ground biscuits, chocolate sprinkles - there's all kinds of possibilities.find similar recipes here
