Preparation

Soak the chickpeas for one day in advance in water. Then boil until ready and remove the skins if desired.

Pour it into a bowl and add the chopped pieces of onion, tomato, pepper and chopped parsley. Carefully mix. Sprinkle with spices and carefully mix again.

Finally, season with vinegar (lemon juice) and olive oil and stir once more. Allow the salad to stand for a bit before serving it. Bon Appetit!
