  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • soda bicarbonate - 1/2 tsp
  • cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cow butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)


Beat the eggs with yogurt and add salt, crumbled cheese and flour, sifted with baking powder. Knead the dough well and shape it into a ball.

Hit the ball 30-40 times on a table or counter. Spread the dough in a buttered baking dish, pierce the top with fingers in several places and put oil in them.

Put the bun to bake in a stronger oven. The finished bread is wrapped with a towel and let it stand for 10 minutes so. Serve it warm.
