Ingredients

  • flour - 3 cups
  • yeast - 1 2/3 tsp (8 g) dry
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • for the topping
  • sausages - 5.5 oz (150 g) sliced
  • cream - 1/2 small cup sour
  • cooking cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g) grated
  • salt
  • dill - 1 - 2 tbsp chopped

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup of warm water with sugar. Let it rise and pour the sifted flour in. Add salt and olive oil and knead dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave in a warm place to rise for about an hour.

Then spread it in a greased pan, brush lightly with olive oil and put it in moderate heated oven to lightly brown. Remove it and spread with sour cream.

Add the dried sausage, I like to add thin slices of onion, salt lightly if necessary and sprinkle with cheese.

Pour more liquid cream on top and leave to bake until a delicious tan. Remove the finished pizza and sprinkle with fresh dill.
