Preparation

Sift the flour and baking powder. Add the soft butter (best to have low GI), and a little water. Knead a smooth dough.

On a floured surface, make identical small balls from it and shape buns.

Put them in a container with plenty of hot oil to fry them on both sides. They are ready to eat immediately.
