Sift the flour with the baking soda. Form a well in its center, add the beaten in advance eggs to it. Beat the butter with the sugar to foam and add them to the other products, make a smooth mixture. Get the almond stuffing ready.
First parboil the almond nuts, then peel them and grind in a blender. To them add the eggs beaten with the sugar and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
Mix them with the dough and pour them into a lightly greased baking form, or pre-oiled shapes. Bake the almond cakes in a preheated to 302°F (150 °C) oven for about 20 minutes.
If using 1 whole baking form, cut it into individual cakes once cooled.
