Clean the chicken inside and out. Cut it in portioned pieces and remove the skin. Squeeze lemons' juice out. To the freshly squeezed lemon juice add olive oil, oregano (chopped if fresh), black pepper and salt to taste.

Pour this marinade over the sliced chicken meat and store in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours. Then, bake the marinated chicken in a moderate preheated grill, turning it often to bake evenly.

During baking, baste with the remaining marinade. Serve garnished with fresh boiled potatoes or a salad of your choice.find similar recipes here
