Squeeze the lemons and strain the resulting lemon juice. Sprinkle the lemon peels with powdered sugar, pour water over them and boil. Boil them for at least 10-15 minutes. Once softened, take them off the heat.
To the mixture, add pre-soaked in cold water gelatin and stir until completely dissolved, being careful not to boil it. Remove from the heat and while stirring continuously, add the lemon juice.
Pour the prepared mixture into small bowls and put in a refrigerator for several hours to gel.
Serve the jelly inverted into a suitable plate and garnished with fresh fruits of your choice and biscuits.
