From the puff pastry, cut out 8 rectangles. On each rectangle, arrange a slice of tomato, a slice of mushroom and a slice of mozzarella.

Brush the "boats" with beaten egg, sprinkle with dried basil and salt. Bake 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven to full readiness.
