Wash the tomato, cut and clean it of seeds. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion and halve the cherry tomatoes. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the meat well on both sides for a few minutes, then lower the heat and let it stew until ready. Separately, heat the remaining olive oil and fry the onion rings until they get a caramel tan.
Top with the white wine, add the tomato cubes, cherry tomatoes and stew them for 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
Pour it all into a deep dish, put the steaks on top and serve.
