How to cook
Unpack the finished fine crusts and leave them on the counter to relax. Divide them into two parts. Put half in a suitable greased tray. Pit the washed and dried cherries.
Mix them with bread crumbs and sugar and cover the ready crusts with the mixture. Season with cinnamon and cover with a second layer of crust.
Grease and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Serve hot, sprinkled with plenty of powdered sugar.
