Boil the wine with honey, a cinnamon stick and cloves. Leave it to simmer to reduce liquid by 1/3, then remove the spices. Fry bacon until crispness, remove subtract it, and in the same oil fry the legs until golden.
When ready, place them and the bacon in a warm place, place the garlic in the oil and add the onions and fry them briefly. When they acquire a golden hue, add flour and fry 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Legs and bacon are put in a dish and flavored with wine and broth and stirred.
Transfer to an oven pan with a lid and cook for a few minutes in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. The lid is removed and baked for 30 minutes.
