How to cook
Get an oven heated to 392°F (200 °C). During this time, mix the olive oil and mustard into the mixture and rub the dried rabbit legs. Put them in a suitable pan, season with thyme and rosemary, pour in the white wine and broth and bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
Put the finished legs in a warm plate and cover with foil for 15 minutes to stew. Boil pasta according to the directions provided. Drain them from their water. The dish in which we roasted the legs is put on the stove.
Pour in the cream in and bring to a boil over medium heat. Leave for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and mix the yolk in. Serve rabbit legs on a bed of pasta / potatoes / and pour a spicy sauce on top.
