How to cook
The calamari is cut into rings and the finely chopped onion and garlic fried. After about 4 minutes, add the tomatoes, olives and stew on low heat for around 10 minutes.
If you want you can add some sugar to soften taste of tomatoes. Finally, season to taste with pepper, salt and chopped parsley.
Serve with garnish as desired. Enjoy your meal!
