Ingredients

  • pork - 21 oz (600 g)
  • green beans - 14 oz (400 g)
  • tomatoes - 3
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • parsley
  • oil
  • salt

Preparation

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and fry. Take it out and fry the onion, then after a little bit add the cleaned green beans and a little water. Saute until the beans soften.

Once softened, add the salt, paprika, fried meat, chopped tomatoes and finely chopped garlic. Boil some more and finally season with parsley.
