Ingredients

  • watermelons - 17 oz (500 g) pre - cleaned of seeds
  • limes - the juice of a half
  • yogurt - 4 tbsp
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • ice - crushed

Preparation

Cut the watermelon into small pieces. Pour in the milk to them and blend in the blender.

Add the yogurt, ice and lime juice. Crush again. If you want the smoothies to be sweeter, add a little honey. Pour into two glasses and add ice.
