To make the dough, first beat the 4 eggs, mix them, then combine them with the baking powder and flour. Put the mixture in with the eggs (mix everything and you will get a thick mixture like a dough).
To make the glaze, put the cocoa, then the water, sugar, and finally the butter in a pot on the stove and stir constantly. Leave for 3-4 minutes or until the butter melts.
Once the glaze is also ready, pour 13-14 tablespoons of it into the dough. Bake the sponge cake in a preheated oven. Pour the remaining glaze over the baked sponge cake.
