How to cook
Melt the crushed chocolate and butter over low heat in a deep pot in a water bath. Then remove it from the stove, add the sugar and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture. Allow to cool and then start adding the eggs.
Stir constantly, then add the flour and liquid vanilla. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and put to bake in a preheated 374°F (190 °C) oven for about 20-25 minutes. Once you remove the cake, invert it onto a tray and cut the layers into 2 parts using a thread.
Brush between the two layers with chocolate, and then brush the whole cake. Optionally, you can make decorations using a pastry bag. This cake is very easy to prepare and incredibly tasty.
