Pancakes with Water

  • eggs - 2 large
  • flour - 2 cups, sifted
  • water - 2 cups
  • salt - 1/3 tsp
  • sugar - 1/3 tsp
  • oil - 1 tbsp + some for greasing the pan


Sift the flour. Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the water and flour and stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Preheat a Teflon pan with a few drops of oil and pour on a ladle of the pancake mixture. Once ready, cook the other side of the pancake.

Arrange them in a plate on top of each other. Serve them with sweet or salty stuffing.
