Pour the mixture into a greased tray and put it to bake in a moderately hot oven. Divide the baked and cooled cake layer in 2 separate parts.
Put a dish on the stove and boil the water and sugar for the syrup. Allow it to cool. Dissolve the starch according to package directions. Put the milk and sugar to boil and mix vigorously with the starch. Remove the thickened cream and mix it with the butter.
Let it cool and mix with the beaten into snow cream. Place the first layer in an appropriate tray, syrup it, smear it with cream, place the second layer, syrup it as well and thoroughly cover the entire cake with cream. Any decoration is as desired.
Place in a refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
