How to cook
Finely chop the chicken, sprinkle it with plenty of salt and pepper and brown it evenly in a pan with hot oil. Take out the cooked chicken and in the same pan, pour in 2 more tablespoons of oil.
Put the Arabic pita in and press down and rotate for a short while until it catches a light tan. Do the same for the second pita.
Put some chicken, fries, 2 slices of tomato and onion that has been chopped into thin crescents into each pita.
