How to cook
Cut the meat into pieces and roast in a greased oven tray. When reddened, sprinkle with salt and add the tomato puree.
Pour cold water over it, boil until tender, occasionally stirring. Place the cleaned and washed rice in the tray with water in a ratio of 1:3.
Bake until the rice absorbs the water. Serve hot, sprinkled with black pepper.
