Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain them and mix them with butter and grated cheese. Fry 2 tablespoons of flour with 2 tablespoons of butter in oil and dilute it with milk.
Allow the sauce to boil a bit, stirring continuously until thickened. Add salt to taste. Cut the mushrooms finely, cut the onion, ham and sausage, and mix them with the chopped parsley. In a greased oven dish, put a layer of macaroni, distribute the sausages, macaroni again and pour on the prepared sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese or feta cheese and bake the pasta in an oven.
