Boil the rice for about 10 to 12 minutes, until it's almost done, but not completely soft. Drain the rice and wash it with cold water. Drain the rice again.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and put them on low heat, stir until slightly hardened. Pour oil in a wok and heat it until it starts to smoke. Then add the chopped garlic and green onions, stir and add the peas.
After 2 minutes, add the rice and stir. Add the eggs, soy sauce and salt to taste. Distribute it into bowls and serve the rice hot, decorated with green onions and parsley.
