How to cook
Beat the eggs well and add the sifted flour and baking powder. Beat well until you get a smooth mixture. On the stove make a mixture of butter, sugar, cocoa and 9 tablespoons water, simmer for about 3 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and add 1/2 of the cocoa mixture to the cake mixture, while continuously beating.
Pour into a greased and very lightly floured cake form - pour out any excess flour. Put it to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until softened (less than 30 min.)
Flip the finished cake over onto a tray, poke it with a toothpick and pour the remaining cocoa sauce on. Optionally sprinkle with coconut flakes.
