Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • eggs - 2
  • oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • paprika - 1 - 2 pinches
  • salt

Preparation

Beat eggs, add the yoghurt and flour. Put on the stove to boil and stir until thickened.

Then add some of the sauce from the cooking of the stuffed peppers to the desired density and salt them.

Optionally, you can fry sauce by adding heated oil and paprika at the end.
