How to cook
Rub the salmon cutlets with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and set aside in a covered container to sit for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare a paste of the pressed garlic, soya sauce and sugar. Smear it on the cutlets thoroughly and put them in a greased oven dish.
Add a little warm water (about 2/5 cup (100 ml)) to keep the salmon juicy during baking.
Bake until ready in a moderately hot oven. 5 minutes before removing them, put a round slice of lemon on each cutlet and bake finished.
