How to cook
Fry the finely chopped onion. Add the minced meat, mix with the onions and continue to fry. Add the rice, salt, black pepper and finely cut parsley.
With this mixture make the leaf rolls, first removing the hard part of the cabbage leaves and wrapping them up. Arrange in a pot, pour in cool water and boil on a low fire.
Pour a boiled sauce, made from the beaten eggs, yoghurt and flour (fried in a little oil) over the ready cabbage rolls.
