Put the milk to boil on the stove and put the sugar in. Stir and start adding the semolina in a trickle while stirring. Keep stirring until the semolina thickens.
Remove from the heat, add the vanilla, butter and cinnamon. Distribute into pre-washed bowls and put them in the refrigerator. Upon serving, you can invert the creams into plates.
Serve by itself or with a jam of your choice.
