How to cook
Fry the pork steaks in preheated oil until they change color a bit. Then arrange them in a greased oven dish, season with salt, black pepper and thyme. Arrange round slices of processed cheese around them.
Pour in some water in order to get a thick sauce. Cover the tray with foil for baking, and right before the meat is completely done, remove the foil to roast the steaks lightly.
Serve the steaks with baked potatoes and a salad of your choice.
