Knead a dough. Divide it into balls the size of a walnut. Make them into pitas and place a piece of feta cheese in each. Work with well-oiled hands.
Arrange the balls in a well buttered tray in concentric circles to fill the tray. When they rise, pour in the oil and sprinkle them with breadcrumbs.
Cook on high heat - 482°F (250 °C).
