Put the rice and 2 cups of cold water in a pot with a lid. Once the rice is softened but not cooked completely, leave it aside covered with the lid.
In another dish, boil the peas in the same way as the rice and when well cooked, leave it aside. Separately, chop the onions, mushrooms, carrots, put a little soya sauce and fry in very hot oil, putting the onions in first and the carrots last. Then remove the vegetables and fry the meat and eggs, which must remain slightly raw.
Add the rice and other products and stir. Cut the peppers and pickles into thin round slices and fry. Stir constantly to prevent the sticking of the rice. After 10-15 minutes, the dish is ready.
