Put the milk in a deep pot on a medium stove. Add the salt, sugar and butter and stir until dissolved. Then add the flour, all at once.
Leave for a bit on the heat to allow the dough to thicken - it should have the consistency of soft plasticine. Then put in a blender for 2 minutes.
Add the eggs and spices. Fry the donuts in a butter bath, then gently sprinkle with plenty of powdered sugar once cooled.
They can be served with a jam of your choice.
