For the layer, grind or crush the biscuits finely. Add the melted butter and mix them until the biscuits seep it in. Finally mix with the vanilla and spread the layer in an appropriate form.
For the cream mixture, beat the cream cheese and cottage cheese with the powdered sugar until you get a smooth cream and add the sour cream and vanilla. Heat the liquid cream and put the pre-dissolved in water gelatin in it to melt.
Once the gelatin has dissolved, let the cream cool slightly and while whipping constantly, add it to the rest of the cream mixture. Pour the cream over the layers and put the vanilla cheesecake in the refrigerator for several hours - until it tightens well.
Serve a piece of cheesecake, garnished with a mixture of cinnamon, vanilla and blueberry jam.
