How to cook
For this cake you can use ready-made layers (white, chocolate, or a mix of both), or bake cake layers of your choice. Beat the mascarpone with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Beat the rest of the sugar with the butter at room temperature until you get a smooth cream.
Whip the cream into fluffy snow. Mix the mascarpone with the butter, then gradually add the cream and mix. Begin to stack the cake layers.
Moisten the first layer with 1/3 of the coffee, put cream on top, add the second layer, again put coffee, spread slightly warmed chocolate, cream, then the final layer soaked in coffee and cover the entire cake with cream.
Make a decoration of ground nuts or others as desired. Leave the cake with mascarpone and chocolate for 1 night in the refrigerator before serving.
