Ingredients

  • onions - 3 heads, medium
  • chicken legs - 1, or chicken breasts
  • mushrooms - 1 jar of sterilized
  • pickles - 2
  • peppers - 4 - 5 red, roasted
  • sour cream - 1 small cup
  • cheese - processed or smoked, to taste
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cut the onion and fry it in a little oil. Add the chicken, then mushrooms, chopped pickles and red peppers.

Pour in the cream, flavor with spices and finally add processed cheese. The chicken julienne is served with a side of vegetables or cooked rice.
