How to cook
Mix all the products and add the sifted flour, to knead a soft dough. Create shapes as desired from the dough and insert a piece of Turkish delight in the middle. You can roll them out, cut out circles, put Turkish delight and fold them like crescents.
If you want to make them like scones, roll them out, cut out identical squares, put Turkish delight at the base and fold them. Alternatively, you can also roll out the dough, cut out squares and wrap into rolls with the Turkish delight.
Or just tear out balls and stuff Turkish delight in them. Arrange them in a tray with baking paper and set to bake in a moderate oven until pinking. While still warm, roll them in powdered sugar.
