How to cook
Cut the ham or sausage into small pieces and crush the feta cheese. Separately, beat the eggs and add the yoghurt, in which you've put the baking soda to become effervescent in it. Add the flour, spices, oil, stir well and mix with the sausage and feta cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased and lightly floured baking dish or cake form. Put this cake to bake in a moderately hot oven at 356°F (180 °C) until tender.
Check its readiness with a toothpick.
