How to cook
Cut the beef into rectangular pieces. Place them in a pressure cooker. Add the red wine, the flour mixed well with the tomatoes, bay leaf, black pepper peppercorns, salt to taste, a pinch of sugar and the oil.
Pour water up to 4 finger widths above the products. Boil on high heat for 10 minutes, then on medium for another 40 minutes. Serve with an appropriate garnish.
