Ingredients

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 2 + 1 for the crumbing
  • flour - 2 tbsp + some more for the crumbing
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • black pepper
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dill - a few sprigs of fresh
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)

How to cook

Peel the potatoes and put them to boil in salted water. Once they are ready, drain and mash them into a puree.

Add a pinch of salt, pepper, 2 eggs, the cheese, chopped dill and 2 tablespoons of flour. Next, stir the mixture to homogeneity.

Form large and flat patties. Roll consecutively in flour and egg, then fry until golden in hot oil. Serve with a salad.
