Prepare a marinade from the soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, mustard, chili, spices for pork and chopped onion.
Mix well and soak the steaks in it, season them with salt and black pepper. Allow the meat to rest for at least 2 hours in a covered dish in a cool area. Then arrange the pork chops in a greased tray and roast them.
You can grill them as well.
