- wine vinegar - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
- sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
- salt - 1 tbsp
- ketchup - 2/5 cup (100 g)
- starch - plain
Heat the pan on stove and pour the vinegar, then add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Then add salt and ketchup while stirring. Finally, add the dissolved starch and stir until it boils. This sweet and sour sauce is suitable for a variety of meats and fried dishes.
