"Stock up on patience and plenty of homemade brandy because it`ll take 10 days before this pickle is finally ready and there`s already a line forming outside the door!"

Ingredients

  • cauliflowers
  • chervil
  • carrots - optional
  • salt - 1 tbsp per 3 1/3 cups (800 ml) jar
  • sugar - 2 tbsp per 3 1/3 cups (800 ml) jar
  • vinegar - about 1/2 cup (125 ml) per 3 1/3 cups (800 ml) jar
  • aspirin - 2 per jar

How to make

Pour the vinegar into the jars, then fill them with cauliflower florets. Complete with chervil and carrots if you desire.

Finally, add salt, sugar and aspirin, then fill with water. Close with the caps.

During the first 7 days, flip the jars over daily and after 10 days, they will be ready for consumption.
