How to cook
Clean the potatoes and pour them into a large cooking dish or pot. Pour the melted butter over them. Top up with some water, salt and put them to stew with a lid on.
After about 20 minutes, stir the potatoes or just shake the closed dish and let it bake again. Remove the finished potatoes and put them to fry in a large pan, which has melted butter in it.
Add finely chopped garlic and dill, stir and remove from the heat.
