Thaw the pangasius, season it with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and leave it for an hour or 2 to marinate.
Optionally, cut it into smaller pieces. Then heat oil in a pan and beat the eggs. Roll each fish fillet first in breadcrumbs, then in egg and in crumbs again.
Fry in the preheated oil on both sides. When finished, drain the fish on paper towels.
Serve the fried pangasius with a garnish of your choice.
