How to cook
Stew the cleaned, washed, sliced chicken with some warm water on low heat. Once the meat is tender, add the diced carrots and salt.
5 minutes later, add the chopped broccoli florets, and after 5 min, pour in a little cold water with the diluted flour and pour the oil in.
Boil the dish on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes and serve, sprinkled with parsley and lemon pieces.
