How to cook
Grease a tray with a little melted butter and place 3 phyllo pastry sheets in it and brush them lightly with oil. Crumble some feta cheese on top, add 2 more sheets, melted butter, feta cheese and so on, until you run out of products.
Cut the loaf with a sharp knife into pieces and pour the remaining butter on. Separately, beat the eggs well with the carbonated water. Pour this over the pastry, gently shake the tray and put to bake until ready in a moderately hot oven.
Smother the ready fluffy pastry with a towel.
