How to cook
Cut the carrots, zucchini and mushrooms into strips. Then cut the chicken into strips and marinate it in soya sauce, rice vinegar, starch and the Chinese spice mix. Leave it for about 30 minutes to season.
Lightly oil a large skillet with a non-stick coating and a thick bottom (best to use a wok). Fry the chicken to whitening, remove it and place the vegetables to braise in succession - first the mushrooms, remove them, then add the carrots and zucchini. Fry each vegetable for about 3-4 minutes, it is best for it to remain slightly crunchy.
Add the mushrooms and chicken to the skillet, stir and add the pre-boiled and drained noodles. Mix again and add about 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, 3 tablespoons of water, Chinese spices to taste.
Mix well once again and remove from the heat.
