  • flour - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 4.
  • yogurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • water
  • lard


Flour is sifted twice and mixed with baking soda. Make a well and place the salt in it. In a separate dish, mix yogurt and 3 eggs, add oil and sugar. This mixture is mixed with the flour by adding water until you get a soft dough.

Knead until the dough is smooth and begins to bubble and separates from the court. From the dough, tear off balls and make thick crust. Arrange three sheets one upon the other, between which is placed lard. The pastry is stretched in the shape of the tray, dab it with oil and sprinkle it with plenty of cheese.

Make a second sheet the same way. The laid out sheets are pressed with your fingers, leave trails on them. Smear with grease and egg. Bake in a moderate oven.
